Any design that shows signs of wear and tear or has been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than the company ManoharLalJewellers), or damaged cannot be accepted for 30 Day Money-Back or exchange.

Freight costs are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

• The Gold iewellery will be bought back for the value of the gold content at the then prevailing gold price.
• Any stone charged separately in this invoice would be bought back at 75% of the sale price or then prevailing cost of the stone, whichever is higher. Weight of the stones may vary. Stones etc. weighed in gold value would be bought back in gold weight at the then prevailing rate of gold.
• At the time of return, the stone should be in a commercially usable condition.
• No buyback for semi precious and imitation or artificial stones.
• Diamond jewellery would be bought back in the following manner:
• Diamond at 90% of our current providing price of such diamonds.
• Gold at 100% of its purity at the then prevailing gold price.
• No refund of labour, taxes and any other charges.
• Kundan/Polki jewellery would be bought back or exchanged at its actual scrap value.
• We are not responsible for any damages whatsoever, occuring to the jewellery for any reason whatsoever after delivery of the jewellery.
• No return value of mother of Pearls.
